Talk bout way off topic, but I'm curious as to how others feel about garlic.
I use it in almost everything.
Here's one of my favorites: simply stir a heaping tablespoon of freshly chopped garlic into a cup of blue cheese dressing before adding to a salad.
This is great with pepperoni as the meat in the salad.
So, garlic, yes or no?!
Steven
I love crushed garlic on a cheesesteak sandwich and on top of pepperoni pizza!
I put garlic in my chicken soup .. and yes .. I make chicken soup from scratch!
PS .. I love this off topic topic!

Max....I'm getting the urge to propose!
I have the most fantastic salad dressing recipe that is basically a ton of garlic mashed with salt, a mountain of black pepper, a little mustard, and balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It is, in my opinion, the best salad dressing in the world!

That sounds great! I will have to try it. How much vinegar and oil? I always get the ratio wrong with those two ingredients.
