Yeah, it's in another language but it's where I got the pic from.

Anyone have El Hombre Nuclear on DVD? I understand it's NTSC with the original cuts of the pilot telefilms, but crazies on Amazon want close to $100. It must be in one of these silos!
What does NTSC stand for?

NTSC stands for National Television System Committee.
It's the North American tv standard. (30 frames/minute-525 def. lines)
In Europe, television standard is PAL (Phase Alternate Line) (25 frames/minute - 625 def. lines)
Although the industry joke is it stands for "Never Twice the Same Color".

I can now answer my own question: yes, El Hombre Nuclear is in NTSC, meaning that it will work on an American TV. Further, it is multi-Region compatible, so no funny business is necessary on that front. It's interlaced (bad) but color corrected (good). English audio is available without subtitles. Telefilms are in the original edits (mostly), so first chance for younger viewers to see those. They seemed to really dig on Dusty Springfield; her song is on the menus for the entire set!
