Elise
So did anyone listen to the interview? Willing to provide us with any feedback?
I did, it was passionating to hear Richard talking about his young years, his childhood, his parents, how he became an actor, the famous people he met who had such a great importance over his life, I remember him talking about the movie, the Curse of the Headless Man, I think he told the actress he had a romance with, in the movie, was his girlfriend off screen, it makes the romance in the film more intense.
I appreciated every word of this interview.

Staime

In the interview when they were talking about The Bionic Woman Susan McCray says to Richard "Well it certainly led to a nice Emmy nomination for you" to which Richard replies "Thank you." This puzzles me because I never thought RA got any kind of Emmy nom for playing Oscar and when I searched the net for past Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor Emmy nominees from back then, his name is no where to be found. Do any of you know anything about this?
He was nominated. Elzorro would know more than I do.

"He moved on to co-star in five different network television series creating his most popular character in 1973 as Oscar Goldman, OSI Washington boss of the "Six Million Dollar Man." Out of it came "The Bionic Woman." Anderson became the first actor ever to portray the same character in two different television series running concurrently on two different networks (ABC-NBC). He was nominated for an Emmy in the 1976-1977 season" from Guests cannot see links in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see links. on 9/29/08.
I agree with Elise... The interview was amazing!!! It was good to know about his childhood, how he began an actor... I loved the story about Marilyn Monroe, it was very funny...
