I came accross an interesting online poll for favorite stoyline for season 3

What is interesting is that after FILV the stats are very, very low, and went up again with the last series episode " ON THE RUN ".

I wonder if this influenced the sudden ending of the series ? Sad

Check it out for yourselves!

I don't agree with this poll, because I prefer Bionic Dog than Fembots in Las Vegas...

Andrea Rolleyes
At least which one is Jaime made the ranks

People have spoken !!!!Cool
I think the absence of Kenneth Johnson and the fatigue of the star had an unfortunate effect on Season 3, though I sometimes think people are too critical of it. It's not like Season 1 and 2 didn't have their share of turkeys, after all.
I agree that season 3 isn't as good as seasons 1 and 2, but I liked it too!!!

I think it was the combination of losing Kenneth Johnson and switching networks. People like me became very criticle when the show also tried to erase the existence of Steve.

If the show doesn't want to mention a character from their rival network, I can accept that but when they try to retcon history and wipe Steve from ever have been existing, that I had a problem with.

Yeah but the turkeys far outweighed the good in season three.

On the Run was probably the first great episode that captured the greatness of the first two seasons.... too bad it was the last episode but atleast the series ended on a high note.
I need to see more of Season 3 to really judge, but honestly, I found "On the Run" a bit disappointing. I thought Lindsay and Richard were great, but the plot wasn't much of a thrill. She kind of runs around for a while and then comes back, leaving me feeling like it was something of a non-event.

Yes, I agree. I like that episode for the scenes with Oscar and Jaime but the plot isn't much of anything. She wants a change, goes off and then comes back to pretty much exactly what she was doing before--working part-time for the OSI while doing other things such as teaching.
I think that she returned because there was no other way for her... she wanted freedom and the only way to have some freedom was returning...
