I don't like revisionist history, and this board is our history together, good and bad, happy or sad Smile

Okie doke?

Steven
I am extremely unhappy with the discussion that has developed in the Two People thread. I find it a base discussion. If I could delete this thread I would. Show a little respect. Too often all some people want to do on here is to frame any discussion with using sex. I am not happy at all that I can no longer delete. I have put an awful lot of work into posting on this board. And now I have no control of over my efforts. I may stop posting all together. Perhaps, I may be over reacting. I feel used.
Why do you feel used?

S
I'm over it. Thanks, Steven. ~Peace~
We wish you well on your journey.

Bye.

Steven
Here's the deal. And this in not open for discussion.

I will be locking this thread at the end of this post.

This is my website. My job is to do my best to provide a space for you to feel, share, think, hope - whatever it is that being a part of the history of The Bionic Woman leads you to share here. I will protect that, I will provide it, I will pay for it.

And I do all three.

I will not however let any one of you for one moment think that you control the history of this site, the board, or the family. I have very little respect for people who go through albums tearing up pictures because maybe that day made them feel sad.

Tough !@#$

When I originated the board I left the power to delete because I thought it would never be over used. It has been. "I don't like it anymore, it has to go".

Wrong

A message board and a community built properly over time has good and bad. Defined by each of us in our own way. But it is a marker of history and participation.

If anyone doesn't like my decisions, like any guest in my home then I would simply ask that you take your leave and not bother with the gripe.

Nev's is always more then welcome, but I will not let one persons gripe about my decision change that decision. If I did, then I wouldn't have made it in the first place.

Get it quick - Ya know I love ya, but this is my website. And when I make a knowledgeable decision to benefit all of you and the work we are doing in the long run, I don't want any !@#$ about it.

Because quite frankly, if one walks away from the table, it simply leaves an empty space for someone else.
