Lindsay, as Jaime Sommers, had two French actresses for the dubbing of her voice.
The french dubbing from most of the first season was done in France. Therefore, French actress Dominique MacAvoy dubbed her voice.
Then, near the middle of the second season through the end of the third season, the dubbing of La Femme Bionique was done in Québec, Canada. At that time, canadian-adopted actress Claudine Chatel took over.
The French voice for Elizabeth Montgomery in Bewitched (Ma Sorcière Bien-Aimée, literally "My Beloved Witch") was remarkably dubbed by adorable French actress Martine Sarcey.

But you are right about something. Elizabeth Montgomery and Lindsay Wagner's French voices do sounds alike. They're pretty much similar, but two different actresses are dubbing them.
