Hi this is my first time Posting here and I have to say That I am extremely grateful that this site exists.
I have been a Fan of tv shows like Buffy, Charlie's Angels, Charmed and Wonder Woman forever but as much as I love those shows there is only ONE series that to this day is deep within my heart and Soul. The Bionic Woman. That series had it all. A Talented and Beautiful actress in Lindsay Wagner, action, a wonderful cast and a wonderful music score.
I have the action figures dolls of Both The Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman. The Original SUPER Couple if you ask me. I have them side by Side together on my night stand.
I am actually saddened that these two series are not avaible on dvds in the USA. Why is that??? It is such a slap in the face of the TRUE fans of this wonderful series that we have nopt gotten them yet. But we have ALF on dvd??? Come on.
Anyway I am looking forward to being a part of a community that loved The Bionic Woman as much as I did if not more.

I agree Christian. There are so many other series that should have died a quick death on broadcast television rather long being on DVD.

There's a long standing law suit the involves Universal that's why there are no DVDs released in the USA or in Canada.
Maybe someone else can take a stab at actually explaining the law suit.
No one can decide who owns what exactly - its a matter of rights to part but not all for both parties.

I have been a fan for as long as I can remember. I remember watching SMDM and BW everyday after school then later on the Sci-Fi Channel in the US. I was old enough to have been around when they aired originally but don't remember the first runs. In 1978, my family went to Universal Studios in California and I do remember the set pieces from the Six Million Dollar Man. I say shame on the money grubbers for being such Scrooge's. I watched the series when they aired origanally too!!! I think I'm as older as you... I was 13 when the Bionic Woman was aired in Brazil (1977-1979).

Could have not said better myself - I was 9 years old when the TBW series came
out and had to beg my " traditional parents" to stay up to watch the series.

OBW is the only site that we can view and enjoy TBW series in North America since the owners are not releasing any rights to publically release all 3 season series DVDs any time soon for home viewing.
Prior to OBM , the last time I saw any Bionic Woman episodes were repeats in the early 80's.
( Over 25 Years ago ) and YOU TUBE only had parts of episodes whereby they removed the majority due to " Viewing violations " whatever that means?
This explains all the excitement, all other web sites are written critics and summaries of the episodes without given the opportunity to actually
view and enjoy the episodes once again.

GRATEFUL that the OBW site exists. Otherwise we have nothing - just written transcipts :

I'm very grateful for his iniciative in doing this website, because it's the only way for me talk about and to see the episodes, because in brazil the last time I saw a reprise of any episode of the Bionic Woman was in the early 80's... it's a lot of time ago!!! it's not fair...
